BLENDED LEARNING AND SUPPORT TRAINING (B.L.A.S.T)

Real learning is about revisiting and applying key messages over time.  but lasting change happens in the follow-up. That’s where BLAST shines.

 Short, targeted Zoom sessions — weekly, fortnightly, or monthly — keep your team connected to the learning without taking them off the floor. It’s all about frequency, feedback, and flexibility to maintain momentum, track progress, and celebrate wins.

Graham also adds regular onsite visits — monthly or quarterly, for one or two days — to build rapport and deliver in-person coaching. He works alongside your people on the phone, on the floor, in the yard, or the service lane, even over breakfast meetings, to get a genuine feel for your business and team dynamic.

BLAST blends the consistency of virtual learning with the impact of hands-on coaching — making skills stick, culture thrive, and results follow.
